Returns and Refunds

If any item arrives in a reasonably unsatisfactory condition, you may notify us within 2 days of receiving the order. We may ask that you return the product to us, as part of our quality assurance, and once found to be defective, we will gladly replace the item, provide you a credit note or a full refund depending on the circumstances. If you’re unable to return the item, please send a photo by email to: info@organicwhisk.com.au

Whilst we will always endeavour to provide prompt delivery of your order, any unforeseen delays once the products leave our premises, are beyond our control and does not enable an automatic cancellation of the order, nor are we responsible for any damage or loss incurred as a result of delayed delivery.

Delivery Policy and TERMS

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Organic Whisk website. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Organic Whisk provides a service for its clients to offer their customers the ability to order products online. Although the service, the website and the services used are hosted by Organic Whisk, please note the delivery service has been contracted to a third party.

Shipment processing time:

 

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

All orders are made to order. Once orders are completed, all products are dispatched and delivered the same day.  We will notify you once the products dispatched our premises.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

At this stage, we only deliver within the Sydney Metro, delivery costs is calculated dependent on your postcode.

Purchasing products through Organic Whisk are only through Delivery at this stage. Delivery waiting time changes throughout the day depending on how busy the retailer is, traffic conditions etc. There is no guarantee made by Organic Whisk that your order will be delivered within this time frame. The delivery waiting time is to be used as a guide and it must be understood that unforeseen circumstances may result in your order taking longer than expected to be delivered.

Delivery Terms: 

  • Please note that while we will do everthing  possible to deliver within your chosen timeframe window, we use a 3rd party service for delivery and sometimes circumstances outside our control may result in delays. 

  • Receiving your ORDER: There must be someone present to meet the delivery driver, we can not leave cakes on the doorstep due to food safety and security reasons. If this occurs, the courier will return the cakes to our retail store and we will ask you to pay another delivery fee for a second delivery attempt.

  • Some items cannot be delivered due to their fragile nature, we recommend you contact us directly and we will discuss approporiate delivery procedures to make arrangements and discuss courier charges to ensure that cake is delivered safely.  We will recommend best possible options. In some circumstances, the delivery will be done in-house which can incur additional fees.

IF YOU CANNOT FIND DELIVERY AREA ON OUR SITE - PLEASE CONTACT US - we can deliver to you via special COURIER.
